Stephanie Dube serves as Director of Children’s and Youth Ministries. She oversees the Presbyterian Weekday School, leads our youth program, and provides support for children’s programming.

Stephanie first joined the First Presbyterian family in August of 2014 as a Preschool Teacher. Previously Stephanie worked as Director of Education at Sylvan Learning Center and as a 6^th grade teacher in the Owensboro Public Schools. Stephanie attended Purdue University and University of Southern Indiana, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with Early Childhood and Middle School Science Endorsements.

Stephanie has has three wonderful children, Andrew, Alexis, and Ashlyn. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time as a zookeeper with her many pets.

Patrick Ritsch is currently the Director of Choral Activities and Music Education at Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he conducts the choral ensembles and teaches applied voice and aural skills. In addition to his duties at the college, Ritsch is the Director of Music at First Presbyterian Church in Owensboro, KY, and is the conductor of the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra Chorus. He holds a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from East Carolina University. There, he was a student of Dr. James Franklin, and performed with the internationally renowned ECU Chamber Singers both as a singer in the bass section and as a collaborative pianist. He holds an undergraduate degree in music, as well as a Sacred Music Certificate from the University of Evansville.

Sasha O’Bryan has been the Church Office Manager & Pastoral Assistant for First Presbyterian Church since November 2009. Previously, Sasha was a Lead Teacher for the Children’s Day Out Program (now Presbyterian Weekday School). Sasha is also a licensed realtor in Kentucky. She studied at both Kentucky Wesleyan College and Owensboro Community & Technical College graduating with a degree in surgical technology.

Sasha is married to Steve O’Bryan and has two children, Morgan and Dillon, and three wonderful grandsons Kyson, Kyrie, and Kingsley. Morgan serves as a teacher at the Presbyterian Weekday School, and Dillon, who works for the US Postal Service. Sasha enjoys photography, walking, and traveling.

Candice Baize began serving as our custodian in 2025.  She lives in Ohio County where she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter.
